After an incredible season, our Reserves have done it. They are the 2026 PREMIERS!
The Parrots came ready to play from the opening bounce, keeping OLS scoreless in the first quarter while putting 15 points on the board themselves.
But it was the second quarter where Bridgenorth really took control of the Grand Final.
The boys piled on another 26 points while restricting OLS to just seven, taking a commanding 41 to 7 lead into half time.
With a premiership on the line, there was no letting up after the break. The Parrots extended the margin to 41 points by three-quarter time, leaving OLS with an enormous task in the final term.
Old Launcestonians fought back and produced their highest-scoring quarter of the game in the last, but the damage had been done.
When the final siren sounded, Bridgenorth were 41-point winners and 2026 Reserves Premiers!
A massive congratulations to Dylan Walkden, your 2026 Reserves Grand Final Best on Ground winner! Dylan delivered an outstanding performance on the biggest stage and was joined among the best by Lachlan Berwick, Luke Duncan, Charlie Templar, Corey McCormick and Tom Gibson.
