Bobby Beams is stepping away from the Senior Women’s head coach role after an era that has shaped the heart of our women’s program, and the club can’t thank him enough for what he has given to Bridgenorth.
From the Parrots’ very first NTFAW match in 2019, Bobby has led this group with pride, care, and relentless belief. Across seven seasons and exactly 100 games as coach, he guided the team to finals every single year and helped deliver one of the most successful chapters in club history including back-to-back premierships in 2024 and 2025 from three Grand Final appearances. But as impressive as those results are, Bobby’s greatest contribution has been the culture he built. It's a program grounded in inclusion, connection, hard work, and genuine support for every player who pulled on the jumper.
Bobby leaves the head coach position knowing he has created something lasting, a legacy for women’s football at Bridgenorth that will continue to grow. We’re grateful for every hour, every lesson, every tough conversation, every celebration, and the belief he instilled in this team from day one.
While he won’t be coaching in 2026, Bobby remains club president and will continue to be an important part of the women’s program. His leadership, care, and commitment to this club will still be felt around Parrot Park for a long time to come.
Thank you, Bobby. For everything.
