ROUND 18 MATCH REPORT
It was a fantastic round for the Bridgenorth Parrots, with the Women’s, Reserves and Seniors all recording strong victories over St Patrick’s.
The Women’s side put together a dominant four-quarter performance to defeat St Patrick’s 76 to 3.
The Parrots came out firing, leading 26 to 0 at quarter time before extending the margin to 50 points by the main break. Bridgenorth continued to control the game throughout the second half, restricting St Patrick’s to just three points for the match.
Courtney Sharman and Maddison Dunn led the way in front of goal with four each.

Reserves
The Reserves finished their home and away season with a hard-fought 94 to 61 victory over St Patrick’s.
Bridgenorth led throughout the afternoon, but St Patrick’s refused to let the game get away from them. The margin was just six points at half time and seven at three-quarter time, setting up an important final term.
The Parrots responded when it mattered most, producing a big fourth quarter to pull away and turn a close contest into a 33-point victory.

The Seniors capped off their home and away season in dominant fashion, defeating St Patrick’s 124 to 34.
Bridgenorth took control immediately, building a 33 to 6 advantage in the opening quarter and continuing to extend the lead at every break. A huge final quarter saw the Parrots add another 39 points to finish with an impressive 90-point victory.
It was also an incredibly special day for Nate Clements, who made his Senior debut for the Parrots. Nate follows in the footsteps of Bridgenorth great Joel Clements, who was there to proudly present Nate with his guernsey before the game. Nate made the occasion even more memorable by kicking a goal on debut, a fantastic milestone for Nate, the Clements family and the Bridgenorth Football Club.
Oliver Wood and Rohan Sergeant led the scoring with four goals apiece, while goals were shared across ten Parrots in an excellent team performance.
